By purchasing our Career Thinking products & Services available on this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Important is to realise we pride ourselves to build warm relationships with our clients, rather than statistics on a screen. If you have any doubts, please do not hesitate to contact us.
1. Our Services
Career Thinking provides career-guidance experiences that combine digital assessments, reflective learning materials, and coaching conversations. Our tools are validated career-interest, motivation, and values assessments designed to support informed career exploration. They are not clinical diagnostics, and we do not offer therapy or mental-health services. Our coaches are qualified, registered at the HPCSA, professionals.
We commit to delivering assessment access, digital materials, and coaching sessions as described for each package.
2. Payment and Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). Payment is required upfront and is processed securely through our payment partners. Prices shown on our website are final unless otherwise stated. By completing payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the offering and understand what is included.
3. Delivery of Digital Products and Services
After your payment is received, you will receive access to your assessment link, workbook, or learning materials via email. Coaching sessions will be scheduled through email or our booking system.
Digital access is usually delivered within the stated timeframe on the website. If there are delays, we will communicate and resolve them promptly.
4. Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By purchasing a product or service, you confirm that you have read and accepted that policy.

· Digital products become non-refundable once access has been delivered.
· Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with adequate notice.
· Packages may only be refunded before any component has been delivered or used.

Our assessments and coaching are designed to support career thinking, decision-making, and personal clarity. Outcomes depend on your engagement, honesty, and willingness to reflect.
We do not guarantee specific results such as job placement, admission to a programme, or a particular career outcome.
Our services are educational served to empower your own decision making, leaving you with the responsibility of choices made and our role as support only.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by South African law, Career Thinking is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our assessments, online content, or coaching services.
If any claim arises, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service purchased.
9. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
· provide accurate information during registration and assessment,
· check your email and spam folders for access details,
· attend scheduled coaching sessions or provide notice if rescheduling,
· use materials responsibly and respectfully.
10. Communication
By purchasing a service, you consent to receiving emails relating to delivery, scheduling, support, and updates related to your programme. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or from our services will be handled under South African jurisdiction.
12. Changes to These Terms
